We are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. We offer high-quality products and a secure payment process. However, once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or change it without incurring fees.
We understand that sometimes orders need to be changed or canceled. However, we are unable to do this after a certain point in the order processing. This is because we incur irreversible fees once the order has been processed and shipped.
We strive to offer our customers the best possible experience. However, we cannot accommodate all requests for order cancellations or changes. Please see our below order cancellation, return, and refund policy for more information.
Cancellation Policy :
- Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account and selecting the "Cancel Order" button.
- The cancellation request must be submitted before the products have been dispatched from the warehouse. If the cancellation request is submitted after the products have been dispatched, the order will not be canceled and the customer will be charged the full amount.
- If a customer cancels their order, they will be charged a 3% cancellation fee. This fee is to cover the costs incurred by the third-party payment processor.
Return Policy :
- Customers can return items for a refund within 5 days from receival of item by courier partner. However as being nutitional product (for humans or plants or animals) , our most products are not returnable.
- To return an item, customers must call us and get a unique code for return the item. Customers will be required to mention this number on the postal address of the courier.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. The item must be packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Our Quality Check Team will inspect the returned item to ensure that it is in good condition and has not been altered or changed. If the item is found to be damaged or changed, we may deny the refund.
- If the refund is approved, the customer will receive a refund for the order amount minus the following charges:
- Charges incurred into system by third party services for payment processing - 3% (Order Amount)
- Shipping charges (if taken separately during transaction) - At actual shipping charges
- If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; We reserve the right to charge a substantial return fee from the customer in addition to above charges as well as can deny the total refund.
- If Return is approved, the refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product detail page or items whose return window has expired cannot be returned.
Refund Policy :
- If due to any reason the order isn't shipped out by us, then the order can be cancelled, and your full money will be refunded to you. If your shipping address is not serviced by our logistics division, we will automatically cancel your order and the money will be fully refunded to you.
- If the product delivered is faulty or wrong product is delivered, we will initiate a refund. But as in return policy , we must get the product back by courier.
- It is the customer's responsibility to not to accept the damaged shipment or if the package is already opened.
Refund Cycle
Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days (From the day of order cancellation or from the day of order returned to our warehouse). This includes time for product delivery to our warehouse, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.
